The live workshop runs 1–3 hours depending on your preferred format. Participants also receive lifetime access to 10 self-paced video lessons and an accompanying workbook, which they can use to motivate lifelong practice with the workshop tools. Participants thus have the opportunity to learn from an action-oriented combination of group and individual exercises.
On our call, you'll have the chance to share with Marc the fuller context of what is most important for your specific audience. The 18 challenges first published in Marc's book, "You Are (Not) a Fraud" have been reimagined for workshop audiences, and these are chosen, ordered, and storified according to what's most likley to work for your audience. Every session begins with a pre-workshop questionnaire that generates anonymised data from your team, by your team. This means the exercises and discussion are grounded in the real experiences of your people, not generic examples.
The Masterclass works well for groups of 8 to 80+. Smaller cohorts allow for deeper discussion and peer feedback; larger groups benefit from the powerful sense of shared experience when anonymised data is revealed. For larger audiences (100+), an inspiring and interactive keynote talk format is also available.
No. Everything is included: the live workshop, video lessons, workbook, and a signed copy of You Are (Not) a Fraud for each participant. An exclusive memento coin is also provided to Masterclass alumni, so that the most heartening lessons from the workshop can live in their pocket long after the main workshop concludes.
Participants leave with practical tools to recognise and manage imposter experiences, a shared vocabulary for discussing self-doubt constructively, and strategies for supporting colleagues who struggle with confidence. Many organisations report improved psychological safety and more open conversations about career development following the workshop. 100% of 50+ participants surveyed said they would recommend the workshop to a friend or colleague.
Pricing depends on cohort size, format (virtual or in-person), and any additional elements such as keynote sessions or follow-up coaching. Book a discovery call to discuss a package tailored to your organisation's needs and budget. In all cases, business-standard quotes/invoices will be provided in PDF format for your records.
